The aim of the project was to develop an innovative method of teaching soft skills through gardening, e.g. interpersonal communication, teamwork, management, planning. We invite you to use our multilingual Toolkit.

A Toolkit, containing: description of the teaching method based on using the garden as a space for education, guide and tips (recommendations) for NGOs, guide for trainers, good practices, positional analysis for sustainable development, other resources.

Toolkit details

The Toolkit present an innovative educational method to teach soft skills by the work in the garden, e.g. interpersonal communication, team work, management, planning, depending on the phase of arranging the garden. A part of the Toolkit will be the Guide for trainers “How to use the garden space to improve social and communication skills” – a description of the training method and a set of training materials for adult trainers and educators.
